I just uploaded images of 2 new paintings I worked on in May for final critiques on my website. I’ve been traveling the last 3 weeks so it’s been a while since my last update, but they should be coming in steady from now on. Thanks for dropping in. Enjoi.
Came across this illustrator, Cezar Berger/ aka Berje via Juxtapoz tonight. Let’s just say his stuff is epic, colorful, in your face, absurd, detailed, clean, and offensive. Right up my alley. He has a beautiful collection of work that I can’t take my eyes off of, so I had to share it. Enjoi!
Here’s another illustration I will also be submitting for Threadless. Like with the previous design I posted, they have to be “approved” by Threadless before anyone can rate them, so hopefully sometime Monday or Tuesday, both will be available for rating. So while I was browsing Contemporary Art Daily today, I came across Mai-Thu Perret’s exhibition currently on display at David Kordansky in LA. The majority of these works explore odd textures that… [Read more…]
I forgot that Glenn Brown (one of my favorite/ top of the chart/ huge influence-ing painters) just opened a solo exhibition at Galerie Max Hetzler in Berlin this month. What I would give to fly out there and see it. But anyways, let’s get down to the good stuff. All of the work in the… [Read more…]
